What the app does

This read-only Forge app for Jira and Jira Service Management organizes post-change evidence around failed or problematic changes. It does not modify Jira work items.

Permissions and data handling

The production manifest requests read:jira-work and declares no external remotes. This version does not persist Jira customer content; analysis results are returned to the requesting interface.

Do not send passwords, API tokens, private keys, authentication cookies, or other credentials in support requests.
