Purpose of processing
The app processes Jira and Jira Service Management work data available through its granted permissions to provide post-change evidence analysis and reporting.
Read-only design and permissions
The current production manifest requests read:jira-work. No write scope is requested; the analysis does not modify customer Jira work items.
External transfer
The current production manifest declares no remotes or external fetch domains. QuantMatrix does not intentionally send customer content to servers it controls. Processing occurs within the Atlassian Forge-hosted architecture, subject to Atlassian platform operation.
Storage and retention
This version does not persist Jira customer content in app storage or export it to QuantMatrix infrastructure. Analysis results are returned to the requesting interface. Atlassian platform logs and processing are governed by Atlassian platform policies.
Security
QuantMatrix uses least-privilege app permissions and reviews the production manifest and dependencies. No online service can guarantee zero security risk. Never include credentials or unnecessary personal data in support requests.
